How is the cost of cleaning service?

The cost is depending on type of service and the frequency of the cleaning schedule. For Monthly (discount 10%), Fortnight (discount 15%), Monthly (discount 20%)

How much notice to book cleaning service?

We ask for 24 hours notice for the initial clean. But if you require earlier, we will do our best to accommodate you.

After you booking. Our customer service team will contact you to take care of your booking and discuss in more detail and we will send a booking confirm via email and text message.

Why we recommend deep clean?

We suggest adding extra time for first booking or the place not cleaned more than 30 days before start up regular cleaning service to make sure thoroughly clean you place

Do I need to be home during cleaning services?

On the first service, we want you to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. For next service , you can  leave a key or just ensure that the cleaner have access if you not there .

How many people come to clean ?

Depending on the work , it is usually 23 cleaners  for cleaning .

How can I be sure of my security ?

All cleaners are fully policechecked, insured and trained to a high standard.

Do I need provide the cleaning supplies ?

No. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.

 

What are hours of work ?

Between 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturdays. We do not clean on Sunday and publish holidays

Can I cancel or reschedule cleaning appointment ?

Yes , Just text ,call or email us . You can do minimum 24 hours  in advance with free charge . We can move your visit to another . If less than 24 hours or we can not access to your place , you will be charged $ 40 of your appointment cost

What  If services take more time than quoted ?

We will contact you and discuss  before moving forward. We never charge for more  without your agreement.

Is there anything does not do ?

Services Exclusions are Ceiling,Light, Bulbs,Chandelier,High Reach Area (More than 2 Step Ladder) , BioHazards (Mold,etc.), Hoarding , Animal / Human Waste , Heavy Lifting / Moving Item (More than 10 kg) ,Exterior Windows

Are you insured ?

Yes. if something damaged. You will inform customer service team within 2 days. We will make every effort to repair, or replaced. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. Public Liability Insurance is extremely important for clients and cleaners

What if I need an extra service ?

You will let customer service team know . They will discuss with  cleaners team to help you.  

Am i required to enter my payment information?

Yes , We do .We accept only credit card and debit card  for payments only. We require your  payment information prior to scheduling your booking .

Don’t worry , We didn’t charge when you are booking . It will charged after we finished cleaning services.

Can you guarantee I will be happy with the cleaning?

We offer customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the work we have done, call customer services team  within 24 hours and we will return to reclean the area you are dissatisfied with  at no cost to you

What is the preparation for Moving Out Cleaning Services ?

Please make sure that you must have all items removed from the house to assist us in cleaning thoroughly .  

Can you come visit my property and give me a quote?

We are more than happy to come introduce ourselves and give you a physical and accurate quote. If this is too hard, give us a call our customer services team  and we can provide an estimate over the phone as well.
